Investor Home Deals has been a great tool for my real estate investment business. I have access to many "wholesale" marketing sites but prefer Ward's information because I have found it to be more accurate, more reliable and it has given me to opportunity to make my projected margins in almost every case. I frequent one of our County Foreclosure sales but prefer the safety net of title security I find I get with Ward's program. I would recommend any Real Estate Investor to consider buying from Investor Home Deals!

We found a great opportunity through Investor Home Deals. We found a single family ranch in Norcross, which turned into a great money making deal. We typically purchase single family investment properties to either rent or “Quick Turn” for profit. We were able to close on this deal quickly and they did everything they said they would do.
